Was randomly browsing the internet and this popped up.
I was wondering what brand it was? I was inclined to say TriSpoke, but the valves are in a different location.

I'm incline to say HED.

I believe its a Spin or TriSpoke

The thing that's not making me doubt the Trispoke is
Could be an early HED?
Same with the spin

he said in his fs ad that it's a pre-hed specialized.

Ray couldn't find that ad, we were sooo puzzled.

that is definitely NOT a pre-HED specialized wheel!!
this is a pre-HED. note how the arms feature straight sides, not the gradual curved transition.
