Need to know which bike is better size is not a factor the iro is 300 not 350 is it worth the extra 80 bucks? Going to buy either one on friday so give me reasons on which one to buy please and thank you.

Size IS a factor. No bike is worth the money if it doesn't fit you.
Both are pretty good bikes for pretty low prices.
Buy the one that fits you.

Sizing aside, I'd be inclined to pull the trigger on the one without "asymmetrical as hell" cranks.

Go for the Spicer if you don't care about size, but you should buy a bike that fits you.
