Bicycle Mechanics - bottom bracket creak

I've had a serious problem with bb creak for the past few months. Basically it's a creak that creaks when the crank arm is at the 3 o'clock position and under load. Now I took it to my lbs and they removed the crank and reinstalled the bb and crank, but after a few weeks lo and behold the thing starts creaking again. Now due to a bit of a disagreement I've stopped going to that lbs (nothing to due with service, it's a family thing). I've been tightening the crank when it start to complain, and every time I do the crank bolt is loose and when it's tightened up the creak disappears. I'm assuming that I need to loctite this bad boy, but I'm not sure which to use. The bb is a square taper Ti spindle (I believe it's the old fsa model) and the crank is an old Shimano 600 (Ultegra model made of 6061 I believe). So any hints tips and/or tricks? Thanks guys.

Thanks guys.A crank bolt that keeps loosening is a sign of a buggered crank arm/spindle interface. If that isn't it, I've heard of putting white glue on a Ti spindle and letting it dry before reinstalling to stop a craeky spindle.Antiseize might do the same thing.

I used to run an Actiontec Ti bottom bracket and it creaked like a good 'un. I thing it's a aluminium/titanium interface thing - maybe a smear of copaslip or anti-seize?
