I just got my Mercier Kilo TT and have had zero luck getting the decals off without scratching the paint. Is there a way to remove them without causing anymore damage to my frame/paint?

I don't recognize most cheapo ebay bikes, but I do laugh a bit on the inside everytime I see someone with a kilo (not to talk bad on them, but, damn theres so many, I'd be more down to see a mongoose cache)
