I found this forum when looking for info on the first new (to me) bike I've had since I was 12. I happened on a 1971 Schwinn suburban 5spd ladies bike in blue that was in really good shape so I brought it home and fell in love.
My oldest daughter fell in love with it too and now calls it "The Bike of Awesomeness".
Now I want to learn everything I can about bikes and get another similar bike for myself as the Suburban has been claimed by my daughter.
