as you may have seen in my other thread, im picking up a Fuji Obey this coming weekend, but want to throw a front brake on it.

Where can i get a simple clamp-on brake to throw on there?

i did see that, but it seemed very big, looking for something more aesthetically pleasing. That is the only one i have been able to find.

switch forks and get a disc. 1" disc fork might be impossible but that's why it would be cool.

Drill it. It's a $200 frameset.

Doubt you'll find anything much better than what Vixtor posted.

What scrod said. It's just a Fuji Track frame with lugs. And there's nothing wrong with drilling a fork unless it's some vintage super-valuable-must-keep-original track bike, or, like the brake linked is meant for, an NJS frame. $60 is just too much.

You need a raise in your allowance.

I'm a student. My income comes from scholarships, bursaries, research positions and odd graphics design jobs I do (I work for deviantART on occasion). I pay for my tuition, my condo rent, all my living expenses and for my bikes. My current ride is valued at nearly $1500. I make just enough to survive and live large once in a while, so excuse me for being frugal.

If you drill, measure first. There may not be a short enough reach caliper made for the obey front fork.
