Has anyone repaired their own cycling shoes when the heel has worn out all the way through? I am thinking of cutting a small piece of inner tube and gluing it to the bottom of the heel? I'm not sure what kind of glue but a trip to the hardware store will let me know. Have any of you repaired this situation?
I don't know but it seems like repairing a shoe like that can't be good for the health of your foot. If the shoe is in disrepair I would either take it to a place that repairs shoes professionally or replace the shoe. That's just me though.
