Touring - Anyone make a 27" 40 spoke rim?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
I can't seem to find anything. Bent my rear rim pretty bad on a pothole and was hoping I could re-use my rear hub. I swear the roads in my neighborhood are worse than those in rural East Europe. I would convert to 700c and use CR-18s but I don't think I have the 4mm of room with the cantilever brakes on this bike.

no.
Peter White has them 65.50 each. They are Velocity Dyads. Another option would be 24 hole rims and a drill press.
