Training & Nutrition - Were to find studies to participate in?
Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Does anyone know of a web resource that lists upcoming medical/exercise studies looking for volunteers? I love taking physical tests and I thought it would be fun (and helpful to the medical community) to participate in some aerobic/bike-related tests. Anyone?

You don't say where you are, but I had pretty good luck googling:
medical universities study volunteers

Yeah, if there is any university near you the exercise science people are always looking for volunteers. You may be able to just go to the university website or call the department secretary and that person is always really helpful. Good luck.
Yeah. I know one great website for clinical trials. It's not just exercise and physiology, so you'll have to search through the site. The good thing is, though, if you're interested in just about anything to participate in, you can sign up for notifications when they have something you want to participate in. I signed up my dad for parkinson's disease studies, and every time someone is looking for participants for patients with parkinson's disease, I get an email telling me what kind of study and where it's located.
