I enjoy running , reading , cycling , football , music , ironman triathlon. I took up running and cycling last year and it is something that i now enjoy that in previous times i thought i wouldn`t. I have a carrera road bike and i go out cycling most days of the week. My cycling heroes are Lance Armstrong and Mark Cavendish. Whilst i am here i want to learn as much as i possibly can about bikes. See you all round the boards
