Thanks for your responses. The creation of a Mid-atlantic forum is not actually being considered at this time. I thought the idea was on the table, but not just yet. I think it will be considered in the future. This thread was started to get feedback from some of the states that might be included. I guess Delaware is a no brainer. Delmarva and DC are the heart of it.
I wasn't thinking Pennsylania, but according to a friend who looked it up on Wikipedia, PA is more often considered a part of Mid-atlantic than WVa. When we get a hint that a Mid-atlantic forum is in the works, we should poll PA.
