What is the trail surface down here?
The state park map shows a section out of Pasco between Ice Harbor Dam and the Snake River Jct. Trailhead which appears open. About 15 miles. Google Earth has a photo and it is ballast. Looks rough on GE, so it probably is. The trail S of Martin Trailhead up in the N. end is ballast - and closed.
