It seems like the 705 is due for update/replacement.

They are currently offering a rebate and most retailers have low stock.

Any information?

Well I broke down and purchased one so the update will be out any day now.

Nope, they're waiting for me to buy one and so far I've held strong....not sure how much longer I can hold out though; the UI on the used powertap I just got is horrible :-/
