Cancellara is coming off a month's rest and not on form yet since he is aiming for a peak during the Tour.

Rollin opted for standard bike. A lot of riders were just trying to get through the day either suffering from Stage 6 or preparing for Stage 8.

Last year at the Tour of Missouri some of the European teams didn't bother to send over their time trial bikes - too expensive. The rest of the Test Team riders had TT bikes so I thought maybe he had to have an on the fly bike change.
