Cyclocross - Ritchey Crossbow or 2009 Fuji Cross Pro as a first CX bike?

I’ve just sold my SS 29er to get my first Cross bike and jump head first into the world of CX.
I’ve narrowed down my options to a Fuji Cross Pro and a Ridley Crossbow.
Fuji $1260 – Ultegra Rear/Front Derailleur, Ultegra Levers/Shifters, FSA Gossamer Crankset, Ritchey Pro Stem and Post, Mavic Askium Wheelset, Tektro Brakes, Fuji Carbon Alum
Ridley Crossbow $1750 – SRAM Rival full group (both derailleurs, crankset, levers, shifters, etc), Fulcrum R7 Wheelset, FSA integrated headset, FSA seatpost and stem, 4ZA carbon/alum fork, Avid Shorty 4 brakes
Has anyone ridden any of these two bikes for a while and can give opinions on either or both?

I think you already answered your own question.
I haven't ridden either. The components are of a similar level. Ultegra vs. Rival seems to come down to personal preference. It's the older generation (6600) Ultegra parts though, right? The brakes are better on the Fuji, but that's a cheap upgrade.
Are the double-tap, color and geometry worth $500 to you? I'm guessing yes.

If you plan on racing then go for the SRAM comps. They are rebuildable.
I love my Cross Pro, but $1,260 for an '09 is overpriced by about $500 even though it has Ultegra shifters and Aksium wheels. Mine has 105 with a Ultegra RD and DC19 Alex wheels, which are fine and only cost $799. Where are you shopping this?

Do you mean Ridley?

Yeah, I meant Ridley Crossbow. I'm shopping in the bay area. Performance has the '09 for $1499 and Sports Basement has it for $1260. Apparently it's not that great a deal. Looks like the Ridley is the way to go.
Thanks all.

You have a Cross Comp. He is looking at a Cross Pro, two different bikes. The Cross Pro is full Ultegra and has better wheels. He is getting a very good deal on that Cross Pro.

Todd is confusing his bike for the one you are looking at which are two totally different models. The Cross Pro is a better deal than the Ridley. Use the Aksiums for riding on roads and get yourself a pair of these for CX races with the money you got leftover from the Ridley. Ultegra shifters and FD are a big upgrade from 105.
