eh? whats so funny about it? Its had a severe overhaul since then and is in much better shape, but seriously? I have more fun hitting some mtb trails on that thing than I do sessioning a spot on one of the bmxs...

its cool....I just got back from my first ride on the holmes...I honestly don't like it much on the first impression, could be the pain medication from having 7 teeth pulled, but I didn't like how it rode much.....oh well...

I ride an FBM Night Train frame, Kink Empire forks, cheap front wheel, primo pro cassette and hula hoop on the back, T1 bars, kink stem, primo seat post clamp, demelition seat and seat post, kink og sproket, profile race cranks, odysey south gate pedals, DK titanium pegs, fsa bottom head-set cup and kink top cup, hombe breaks with fiesta upgrade and a dirty harry lever. Primo dirt moster tire in the front and maxxis ringworm in the back. Primo grips.

Well recently i was doing some street jumps and I bent my forks and I was using an old set up so I may be replacing the forks stem and headset plus I'm goin to add a gyro so I may be adding S&M redneck stem, Haro Nyquist pro forks, Diatech Dcup headset, Snafu Mobeus Detangler, Snafu Astroglide Cables, and Snafu Cork bar ends ... i know alot to be adding for bent forks but i have been looking to replace this stuff for a long time and i have a motto " break it and replace it with something better" I was just looking for a good opertunity

I'm not a big fan of the 4x lacing, especially with 20" 48h wheels, mainly due to the high cross over leading to more broken spokes than necessary, but it looks to be a relatively lightweight set up that only needs a good chromoly frame to make me happy;)

Well i managed to bend my forks without doing any damage to the rim or any of the spokes so they seem to be holding up really well if other peoples have been breaking

How much did you put into it?

I was sproket stalling a picinic table and when I went to 180 out, the corner of the table wne tinto my spokes and ripped out like 7 of them, it sucked. It was two days before I was leaving for woodward too.

The price total of everything thats on the bike right now is somewhere in the 700-750 range but with the new parts thats goin to be easily bumped up to 800 at least ... Dont ask my why I spent so much on this bike because honestly I couldnt tell you. I guess it was just the passion of building something that ran like a champ and well I succeeded. And if you were wondering I spent a weekend that I was grounded spray painting the frame forks and handle bars I think it came out pretty good. Any opinions would be nice good or bad everyone thinks differently.

I ended up spending $1000 or so on mine, so don't feel bad about it. It came out great and I love it, you feel the same way, so it makes it wort it.

jamie is a great guy, i've been pretty good friends with him for a long long time, and his frame is definitely great- in fact it's my second one, and went back to it after riding a T1 for awhile.

Tree sprokets are so nice. The psi is the same geomotry as the john heaton frame.

it has to be under a certain size, so put it in the paint program, scale it down, save it as a different file, just in case, and right click on it go to properties and if its the right amount of megabytes u can post it
