Without a picture, no. Even with a picture, likely a no. Bottom of the line department store quality bike. You can do better.

+1 on the no! Even though I love yellow bikes. Did you say Royal Union or Royce Union? Ofr a hundred dollars you can pick up a sweet Le Tour or something at least.
