You mean Keepaway On Grass (as opposed to Keepaway on Ice, which is what Hockey is).

Definitely not too early.

I have to love how all these major distractions are scheduled.

February = Olympics
March = NCAA Tournament
May = Giro
June = World Cup
July = Tour de France

Good thing nothing important happens for a few months after that. :D

never too early for a WC thread. I don't have a great deal of faith in the US squad. defense is just poor! strong GKing can go a long way though.

would be nice to see the u.s. boys advance to the 2nd round. that first game against merry olde england
will tell a lot - win, lose or draw - about the squad.

I watched US/Cech (lol) last night, and our defense looked like a sieve. Against a team like England or Spain that likes to push the ball, I think we could have trouble (unless the GK comes up huge)

I started watching US vs Australia (warmup), and was driven to the brink of insanity by the constant horn blowing... I guess they were right behind the commentators?

anyways, I'm there. I'll be supporting the Americans of course, England because that's where my family is originally from, and also Brazil, Portugal, Mexico, Ivory Coast, Nigeria, and Ghana. :)

Someone should keep you away from making analogies.

I, for once, would like to be on the winning side, where we didn't score anything.
