There's a million recommended stretches and I was wondering which stretching sets are popular among endurance riders.

I do mainly the itb stretch (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QZO7LnKyUh8) and hamstring stretch (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7pUbTDCEhFg).

Thanks!

I stretch religiously after every ride ('cept my morning commute): quads, hams, hip flexors, two different calf stretches (for the inner and outer muscle groups), and sometimes the "plow" stretch for my lower back. Essentially, each of the major pedaling muscle groups.

That's worked really well for me to keep loose and prevent injuries. Well, until the 400k earlier this month, where I strained my left achilles...

I don't stretch. Can't tell that it matters, either.

I have been meaning to start doing ITB stretchs, I have a problem with my right knee that seems to be ITB related. I have never seen anyone doing stretches before a brevet.
