Today I was rearranging some spacers. Then a part(s) popped. It's the black thing under the spacers.

A. The black thing under the spacers
B. Some rubber-round thing
C. A thin metal ring

Thing is, I don't know which order it goes in. So what order will it go in?

Well, clearly, it shows the metal thing on top, but what about the rubber B?

The rubber seal is supposed to go with the top cap, provides a seal for the cap.
Not sure what that thin metal thing is for though.

So it faces the same direction as the top cap, correct?

I think it goes on top of the top race squeezed between steer tube and the top race.
By top cap I mean the "A", top race. Sorry...used to wrong term...confused you.
