Anyone with the Kilo WT from bikes direct. I am looking for a bike that can do some hilly gravel paths as well as road riding. I was thinking I could replace the cog on the stock wheels with a 20 or 22T and replace the tires with some Cx tires and then buy some new wheels for slicks with a 16T for the roads. Any thoughts?

Yes, I recently bought a Kilo WT, and changed to 700x35c tires and a 19T cog. I have ridden it on rough paved roads and some hard pack dirt roads with some gravel. Nothing really hilly and no deep gravel. I ride primarily on good to fair pavement, and maybe if your riding is primarily deep loose gravel and more hilly a Fantom Cross Uno might be a better choice.

I have one and it's great. You can do it. The thing can fit big tires so you're not limited.

That bike looks pretty cool. If I ever get a Kilo then I'd go with the WT

I"ve been riding around on a Kilo TT with a 17t surly cog and 28c tires on the road and it's been pretty fun so far.
