So as some of you might know I moved into a new place with a female roommate. This is a bit of a change of pace as I've been living alone for quite some time now. Turns out, she's one of the coolest chicks I know. She's an executive for a well know national television network and gets tickets to all sorts of events. First thing I got when I moved in were 4 NASCAR tickets to the races this past weekend and there are a handful of concert tickets that are on their way as well. She invited one her friends over Sunday night who happens to be an on-air personality at her network. I knew who she was before meeting her so I was a little starstruck, but managed to score a date when I get back in town. I must say, life is good at the moment. Which couldn't come a moment too soon as I've pretty much been on the road non stop since the middle of March.

We already had the sex talk. We've agreed to refrain from doing so until further notice. I should mention that she's bi and had her girlfriend over. There were several threesome comments thrown in my direction.

I love how all the old married men (myself included) are drooling at the next exploit of CJ!

I'm actually more intrigued by the Emmy's sitting on my fireplace mantle than the threesome idea... oh who the hell am I kidding.

So your room mate and her lover are named Emmy?

that was too easy.

Don't you hate it when you are in a situation that you really want to talk about and name-drop, but you can't?! It happens to me at my job all the time--I don't even tell my wife any more because she tells her family and friends and suddenly I am wishing I hadn't said anything... :) It has taught me to realize that celebrities put their pants on one leg at a time, just like the rest of us, and it wears off soonly. Except I don't have sex talks with them...

I would love to name drop right now. But I will refrain and continue to let you married guys live vicariously through me.

Jab, you're my hero. For now. :)

That said...I am dating a salsa dance instructor I've had it in for since 2001. Doesn't get much better than that.

While I'm not denying that I said that, I don't recall in what context. Classic.
