what are some chainring options for Sram Omnium besides andel and all city?

There are plenty of them...
Miche, Sugino, Dura Ace, Campagnolo, Origin 8, FSA, Blackspire...those are the ones I can think of that uses 144 BCD.
What size do you need?

If you are trying to go for a different ratio because the stock one is too tall for you, switch a cog instead of a chainring.
Track chainrings are expensive compare to cogs.
However, if you still want one here you go.

fyi-
Omnium chainring is 5mm thick, stock bolts may not work with your new ring.
