Bicycle Mechanics - Is it possible to have reverse brake levers and barcons on the same TT extension?

I have seen video showing setup of TT extensions and they had an alternate brake lever bracket that had the barcon pivot on the back side so that the brake and shift levers were mounted to the same pod. I'm guessing that they were D-A of recent vintage. I haven't been able to find anything similar on Shimano's website as Di2 seems to have superseded it.

I've also recently seen a boutique bike with a barcon and reversed levers on drop bars. My best guess is that they managed to fit a reversed lever on a cyclocross mount. As I'm not committed to purchasing two sets of levers to mash together, does anybody know if the levers can actually be switched?

There is one make of reverse lever that clamps to the outside of the bar allowing the use of bar-end shifters, I thought it was Cane Creek but I couldn't find them on their web site.

Jtek also make a brake lever that can be attached to Shimano bar-end shifters.
