Alt Bike Culture - MONSTERbike

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

That's really cute. A bike with tractor tires, that's something the local drivers might understand.

Seat's too low, cadence is too low, looks like the pedals are farther apart than a normal bike- definitely some room for improvement there. It's not a rea Monster Bike until you can ride it over cars.
this or that, this or that...show them how it's done instead. It's not like it's a serious project with any viable reason for having been built.

Yeah, like all bikes in Alt Bikes are serious projects. :roflmao2:
Yeah, it needs some improvement, but it's a nice first draft.
I can't tell, but I think you are agreeing with me?

How can I say this gently?.......
It's a fun project, but it looks more impressive sitting still than it does with someone pedaling it a slow walking pace down the street.
(note to self--do NOT build any pedal-powered vehicles using 200-lb tires...)
