Heh :) Kid busted his head. It was a nice clean split. I bet the inside of helmet caused it.

Won't need makeup for his Harry Potter costume next Halloween. ;) Seriously, glad to see he's smiling about it.

Wow, was there a rough spot in the helmet? We had one that was a little too small and we took the velcro pads out to make room for the kids head (knowing she was getting a new helmet the next week for her birthday) She fell and the velcro, made quite an impression in her forehead.

Ouch! Thankfully he is ok and taking it well...at least the helmet did it's main job, just stinks it didn't work completely!
