Bicycle Mechanics - Looking for a Replacement Fork

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
Without having a custom fork built, does anyone know where I could get fork with the following dimensions or something reasonably close?
Material CroMoly
Steerer Tube 1" Threadless
Fork Rake 52mm
Axle to Crown Length 386mm
Crown Race 26.4
Steerer Tube Length 300mm
Brake Type Cantilever
Wheel Size 700c
Front Hub Spacing 100mm
Don't know how precisely the measurements must match, but here's something close (http://www.ebikestop.com/dimension_700c_hybrid_fork_1_threadless_300mm_black-FK0079.php).

The rake is really close, but the one you suggest is 17mm longer than stock (which I would consider too long). Thanks though!

Jenson sells a couple of steel 1" canti mount forks but the rakes are only 44 to 45 mm which will slow the responsiveness noticable. A 52 mm rake sounds like it came from a touring bike with a very slack head tube angle.

I can come within 2mm of the rake and be 17mm off on the length or I can get close on the length and rake is way off. I'm hoping someone knows of an off-the-shelf solution that is reasonably close on rake and length. Thanks
