Hi all! I am a British mum married to a Finn, with 4 kids, 1,3,5 & 7, living in Finland in a little bit of cyclists paradise! From my village there is probably over 100km of bike paths (shared with pedestrians, rollerbladers etc) past forests, lakes, towns & villages, & very interesting (undulating!) gradients! Finland is NOT flat!!! Before kids, I have toured around Europe, preferring hilly onroad routes. i even tried the Tour de France Route one year, took me a while!!! Now I am married too a fellow cycletouring enthusiast, with 3 boys who all cycled without stabilisers when they were 3 (amazing!) & a little princess, who loves both the trailer & the backseat! We are a carfree family, so life gets a little tough in the Finnish winter!
