Anybody know what level of quality this tubing may be? My guess is this is mid to late 80's, really not too sure. Same decal is on the frame. Thanks!

I have seen that bike somewhere..... looks like an '85 Vittoria. I believe this tubing falls somewhere between Alle or CroMor and SL. no less than 6 different models including the Mondiale used it in '85. in '86 Formula ! and Formula 2 was introduced to replace it.
