Hello everyone, new to bike racing. I am training for my first duathalon in October. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated. I have a Giant TT road bike. It was give to me by a gentleman who never told me his name and knew I was looking into doing road races. I live in New York. I have went to get the bike fitted to me and had to replace various parts. Everyone that I have talked with have given me great advice to help me with understanding the equipment on the bike. Hope to learn from the more experienced people in the forum.
