The other day on the way to work I saw a bike with a "FREE" sign taped to it. I am just getting into biking, and I was happy to see this good omen waiting for me. I picked the bike up and hid it in a graveyard while I was at work. I was in the process of building a fixed gear out of a 60's/70's puegeot frame, but this new bike seemed better, so I gave the puegeot to a friend and started fixing up the new bike. It is a Motobecane Grand Record, and it has Vitus 172 tubing. I made it a fixed gear, and now it is very light (at least for my 16-year old budget) and I am pleased with it. I would like to know more about this bike, its quality, and any comments anyone would have to say.
