Hi my name is Al and I'm a new bikeaholic.Looking for advice and instruction.At 60 years old I have decided to do a bike fundraiser in Ma. called he PMC it is a 2 day 192 mile ride from Sturbridge,Ma to P town at Cape cod.Looking for ideas on training and weather or not I shoud buy a new bike.I have been trainging on my 94 Trek Multi trac 730,flying ole school.'m trying to figure out if a new bike would make a significant difference.Any and all comments appreciated.
