Does anyone know about this accident?

I've been unable to find additional information. This is from the CHP Incident Reports. The location is about 5 miles up Sunrise Highway from I-8, so near the 5000' line at least, for those familiar with the road.

if it is 5 miles up the hill, that would put it pretty close to the twin turnouts on the
south side of sunrise highway, about a half mile from the wooded hill campground
area and close to cresting the hill if memory serves. i pray that the cyclist is okay.
