Thanks! :)

Here's the lyrics:

I walk this land
And none I follow
I wander weaving through the streets
And though I hear
The voices they sound hollow
I wonder will I find some peace

The faces stare
I wonder what they see
The sorrow or the lightly colored shade
Do they want
Or do they need
To borrow this life I have made

Take these hands
And wring them out for me
Take this body far away
Across the lands
As far as you can see
Standing in one place

I walk the streets
Where none will follow
The roads that no one seems to take
And should it lift
That shade of sorrow
I might be saved before I break

Take these hands
And wring them out for me
Take this body far away
Across the lands
As far as you can see
Standing in one place

Someday, I might just be able to say "I knew her before she became famous".

I've always enjoyed writing lyrics. The hardest part is waiting for something to come. Thank you! :)

Nice. You're quite talented.

Thanks! :)

You'd make a good (real) country singer/songwriter.

Very nice. I'm always surprised at the sound coming out of those travel guitars.

Thanks UA! I've been into bluegrass for the past few years. It's a fun style. Aren't those little backpackers great? Sometimes I forget to play my dreadnought because the little guitar is so much easier to grab and play.

Amazingly those little backpackers have a nice tone, very different of course but unique in their own right. I could see you with a Parlor or 000 type guitar. Naughts are just big, boomy and clumsy IMO unless you want to boom chucka boom bluegrass chords all day.

Nice song :thumb:

I like the size of this guitar for sure. It's so light and easy to deal with. I'm not familiar with parlors, I'll have to look them up.

Ugh. I couldn't finish that. LOL

So THAT'S autotone. Hmm. Something tells me it would sound awfully silly with my lowfi recording.
