Hi,

Iīm interested in buying the Scott Scale 10 frame, but donīt know if its compatible with my FRONT DERAILLEUR: "SHIMANO XTR M971".

Could anyone help?

shimano's website says it is dual pull

meaning it can be top or bottom swing if my understanding is correct

the Scot Scale pics show the cables are run for top pull

in short you should be good to go

and your LBS is a fountain of knowledge or at least they should be :)
