Why do you think this is a Citizen? I can't read the label on the frame, so if it SAYS Citizen, I guess I believe it. But it doesn't look like any current model.

I believe Citizen was selling this model a few years ago, before the Miami was introduced. You can still see some photos on Citizen's website in the Testimonials section.
