I had seen the kits on TV, but this is the first time I've seen anyone wearing one locally. 2 guys (not together) heading the other way, so I didn't see them up close, but they were pretty sharp looking jerseys from a distance (I liked the colors). We have a large population of lance lovers here in Austin and the tour is just around the corner, so no big suprise. I guess there is an outside chance they might have been a couple RS team members out on a training ride, but more likely just a couple local dudes.
