My road bike's Cane Creek SL-5 (oem) 1" (integrated?) threadless headset is worn out.
I realize most newer headsets are 1-1/8" now. Any suggestions of what
make/model to use as a replacement? I've seen Cane Creek & Chris King
1" headsets, but they are not the integrated type. There is one from FSA called
Orbit CE. It seems rather inexpensive which concerns me per it's quality.

Google is your friend. King and Cane Creek have 1" threadless headsets.

Cane Creek still makes 1" threadless offerings. Google please.

I did search via Google later last night and found that Cane Creek makes an S2 integrated 1" headset. However, Chris King site
is a bit confusing (I'm not a headset expert) as to whether or not they offer an "integrated" 1" headset.

Also, I was hoping to hear from others per brand/model suggestions other than these two companies.
Crhis King headsets seem a tad expensive.

I don't know if I've ever seen a 1" integrated headset...pics?

Crhis King headsets seem a tad expensive.

But you never will have to worry about needing another replacement

Guys, do a google search, it took me less than a minute to find them. King and CC.

I did a google search for integrated headsets, and saw only two in 1"--Cane Creek IS2 for about $35, and FSA Orbit for about $40-$45.
