Please don't come here for this. The Upper Peninsula sucks. There's no good riding. Especially the mountain biking sucks there are black bears and other dangerous wildlife on the hundreds of miles of single track up there. The nightlife in Marquette is also dead. Just because you see twenty or thirty bikes out in front of the bars doesn't mean its a bike friendly community, theres just no where else to park your bike. Four high end bike shops in a town of under 20,000 just doesn't make any sense they are probably fronts for illegal activity.
