These were imported by the Fraysse family, Paris Sport was their house brand. It's almost surely a Starnord. There is a short article about Paris Sport here (http://www.classicrendezvous.com/USA/Paris_Sport.htm)

It's not a bike to my taste, low-end bike boom bike with inexpensive parts and a brand without a lot of following. Looks like it's in fairly good shape. Might be worth that much, hard to say.

Looks like one of their entry level models. Unterhausen's correct in all particulars.

I wouldn't spend 120 on it, but I a) don't need a bike and b) it won't fit me. It's not an outrageous price if those two conditions are met for you. I'd still talk them down some; usually there's some bargaining room in CL prices.

Some Paris Sports were custom builds (Cuevas, I think). This bike is not one of them.

Any good? Not really. I love vintage bikes and have at least 30 of them right now. But for this price, I would rather have a modern bike from XMart than a bottom end private label bike from the boom era. During the bike boom, companies were able to sell just about anything with two wheels. So the entry level stuff was often pretty crappy.

I would avoid the bottom end from the bike boom, in particular any private label stuff. Some of the name brand bikes from that era can be upgraded and have a bit of a following.

Price is not too far out of line, as some hipster would probably pay close to that amount and convert it to a SS/FG.
