Looking for any hills I can do repeats on that is kind of quiet.I know its pretty flat but was wondering if there is any on or near the cape..................thanks

climb on the Rt6 access road, severla hills there, also look into wellfleet & truro's back raods

Ditto on Wellfleet and Truro - I think there is a good hill right along side the water at Marconi Beach near the entrance to the bike trail.
Nickerson State Park is quiet and fairly hilly.

Yeah, a bunch of hills going up to the ocean-side beaches in Wellfleet.

I have ridden from lecounts hollow to gross hill rd.....Are those the hills you are talking about in wellfleet.......Beachcomber area?
