ola! after returning from a nice ride this morning, i've made lunch: three piping hot bean and cheese burritos smothered in sour cream, homemade salsa, and chopped black olives - yum!

I rode 50 miles this morning then went with the family to a graduation party, so I figured I could jump off the deep end a little bit:
2 Cheeseburgers, 2 Hot Dogs, Baked Beans, 1/2 gal of H2O, Sauerkraut, Coleslaw, Tiny piece of cake and some chips...and a diet coke.
