I use prescription goggles with clear lenses indoors. Outdoors I use dark tinted nonprescription goggles and wear my contact lenses. Cheers, Matt.

some people use dark or clear for foggy or sunny, but i am a dark for all conditions kind of guy.

I use normal Speedo goggles with a light gray tint in the pool.
For open water, I use a small mask (Aqua Sphere?). They are also lightly tinted.
