I want to use this on a project but I cannot figure out how to remove it.Park fr-1 remover is too large.

The cut spokes were a big mistake. Even with the correct tool it's now going to be a nightmare to shift without the rest of the wheel to lever against.

there is a smaller shimano freewheel tool but I am not sure the old park number.

your going to have to clamp that hub in a vise to get the Fwheel off.

I don't think Park ever made one. I know it is easier to get a Shimano remover.
