Honjo fenders are gorgeous. They're similar in appearance to the (beautiful) vintage Lefols of yore.

Oh yeah -- those are the ticket; I just checked them out online. The hammertone finish is a bit over the top, but the smooth finish ones are just what I had in mind.

Also Bluemels (sp?) fenders are available and give a nice classic look.
