I am looking at a clean Raleigh Talon Cx Step through frame and fork with brakes, seatpost, bottom bracket and headset. The price is right. I am thinking of building this up as a city bike for my wife. It has a Altimetric 4130 Chrome Moly frame. Does any one know how light this is?
