Hi everyone,
I am a chronically injured rower who has turned to cycling to stay fit. I always had a commuter hybrid bike that I occasionally cross-trained on, but I just bought a 2010 Cannondale Caad9 5 that I have fallen in love with.
Really enjoying just laying down the km's. I expect to keep cycling as a large part of my cross-training once I am able to resume training for rowing. (..Too bad I can't bike from December - April here... I guess that's what cross-country skiing is for!)

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
