There's no small bit of irony in Rich appearing in a promotional video for a plastic bike company. One of these things is not like the other... Ron Cooper, Paramount, Fuso, DeRosa, Cervelo

Are you kidding? I'll do almost anything for attention and swag. :rolleyes:

Besides, I also have, buried in my basement, a 2000 Lemond Zurich Reynolds 853 frame that has a (gasp!) carbon fiber fork.

Plus, the camera crew didn't ask anything about plastic bikes.

No, that was Alex, the older brother of my friend Carl (who is standing right next to Alex. They are Swedish. Robochem is Norwegian.

Carl and I have been friends since 1st grade, and he and Alex are the guys who got me into cycling back when we were in high school and had delusions of being racers.

True, but at least they made something non-plastic at one point.

And that appears to be a 1" steerer, so a steel fork and old-fangled stem are a swap away!
