From that one picture and lack of a description it is hard to say. However it looks like the components are 105 level or thereabouts and in decent shape. I would say it is worth $200 as an end user if it fits.

Post closer up pictures of the components and/or a description. Also, is there a sticker indicating frame material?

A lot depends on your local market.

I have no idea what the Romanian market is like, but in the US that would be about $250. The paint looks nice, the components are mid level and you get a computer thrown in. I would buy it at $200.

I also do not know your market but I would not give 200 for that. the Exage is good stuff but what is the frame? what is going on with the rear brake? it looks like a nutted front brake some put a ton of spacers on.

most importantly does it fit?

PS I had a pair of those brake levers. they were OK but nothing great. I gave them away with a pair of sprint brake for about $20 total

200 is too much for this bike in any market, and I suspect that it is way too high in Romania...

Not worth it. Bottom end - just look at those thick, stamped DO's.
