3. In every case, always have at least one cyclist there in court as an indentified (by jersey) reporter and put every assaulter's sentence on the web site with the JUDGE's name and photo and reelection date.
4. Picket the courthouse. All the media will pick up a bunch of nice folks in colorful grab. Do it on a slow news day. Ten people can do it.
5. Apply and maintain the pressure of PUBLICITY. Restrain your comments, let the Judge's slovenly work speak for itself.
6. Remember, Judges like to work out of the public view. Expose 'em.
7. MADD did it, we can too!
